The Flower Farm donation program focuses on filling hearts in the form of fresh flowers to long-term care homes, palliative care units, cancer care and mental health care in the form of a floral hug.
If you know an organization who meets any of the above criteria, please contact us by June 1st. We send out 1 large donation each week during the growing season to spread the love.
